| In the remodeling of Assumption Abbey in Ava, MO. St. Francis Anglican Church was truly blessed, for they acquired one of the beautiful Altars from the worship stations in the undercroft of the Abbey. The Altar top sets on a elegant hand carved 36 inch high Challis.Because of the full frontal It is only visible to the congregation when the Altar is stripped after the Maundy Thursday service.The retable houses the Tabernacle and is supported by two Victorian oak brackets. |

Stained glass windows separate the fourteen stations of the Cross which line the walls of St. Francis Church. The windows were handcrafted by the Very Reverend Glen Hartley in his free time. |
